Wouter is a versatile professional with twenty-five years of experience across a range of roles, including more than ten years in the field of corporate services. He stands out for his pragmatic approach and broad, open perspective, enabling him to strike the right balance between attention to detail and maintaining an overall view. He moves easily between the various sectors in which his clients operate and addresses complex matters both effectively and efficiently.

His extensive experience and expertise make him a reliable and highly regarded partner in trust services and beyond.

Wouter approaches the world with curiosity and is approachable and accessible. This allows him to build lasting relationships and, in his role as director, connect clients with professional partners who have the right expertise and capabilities.

Outside of work, Wouter places great importance on his friends and family. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, dining out and spending time with loved ones.

With a strong passion and a keen eye for complex governance and compliance matters, Frank has built an impressive career in the financial sector. After completing his studies in Tilburg and Utrecht, he began his career in banking and quickly made a name for himself at the oldest private bank in the Netherlands, where he gained his first experience in the trust sector.

His entrepreneurial drive led to the establishment of a successful executive search firm, followed in 2004 by the founding of Delfin Corporate Services, where he further developed his expertise in the trust sector. Building professional relationships with clients, together with his dedicated colleagues, has been and continues to be a key motivation throughout his career.

In his spare time, Frank enjoys reading, particularly historical literature, and can often be found tackling challenging climbs on his racing bike with fellow cyclists. His wife and two sons are his anchor and source of balance.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (HBO), Jordy completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.), specialising in criminal law, at Maastricht University. During his studies, he gained extensive internship experience within the legal profession. He subsequently began his career in the compliance department of a major Dutch bank.

Since 2023, Jordy has been working at Delfin Corporate Services as a Corporate Service Specialist. In addition, he has commenced the Trust Officer Foundation Programme.

Lifelong learning is one of Suzy’s guiding principles. Throughout her extensive career with various international and leading organisations, she has completed numerous professional courses and qualifications. Through both her education and professional experience, her enthusiasm for the field of compliance has steadily grown.

At Delfin Corporate Services, she has been able to further develop this focus. Since 2023, Suzy has served as Compliance Officer at Delfin Corporate Services. She is registered as a Compliance Professional with the Dutch Securities Institute (DSI).

As a qualified lawyer and Compliance Officer, Suzy has the ability to safeguard her organisation against integrity risks while keeping other legitimate interests firmly in view.

In her spare time, Suzy is actively involved in community and association life together with her husband. She is a dedicated supporter of her daughters’ sporting activities and enjoys relaxing by walking her dogs, exercising regularly and reading a good book.
